I had a really experience today at this location. This morning at around 10:45 I made an appointment for 3:00 p.m. to get my Wheels aligned. I showed up around 2:30, they took me in about 15 minutes later and finish me up at about 3:25. They were fast and efficient and really sweet

Great experience at Big O Tires in Modesto. I called around looking for a specific set of budget performance tires, the SAILUN Atrezzo SVA2, and unlike other shops, they actually had them in stock and didn’t try to upsell me into more expensive tires I didn’t want. Price was very fair at $225 out the door for two rear tires installed, which beat the other quotes I received by a pretty significant amount. Staff was straightforward, professional, and got me taken care of quickly the same day. I appreciate shops that understand not everyone wants to spend $1,000 on tires. For people looking for economical options without pressure sales tactics, I’d definitely recommend this location.

Finally a Shop That Truly Helps Customers 👏 I give you guys- 5 ⭐️ Thank you Tony for being excellent at customer service and your honesty. You made my day today. I’ll be taking all my cars there. At first I went to the Honda dealership this morning after speaking with them on the phone last week. I explained that I am a returned customer and I have an older Honda Accord and only needed my window fixed so it would stay up, I was looking for the most economical option since it’s an older car and not worth investing too much. At first, they kept pushing a $188 diagnostic fee, but I told them no because my car wasn’t broken down and I already knew what the issue was, I just wanted a quick and affordable window repair, just so my window can be up and closed. They then told me it would be $238 instead. When I arrived this morning, they tried pushing on me $188 diagnostic fee again. Then they explained that the $238 would only cover taping the window shut with a tape, with no guarantee it wouldn’t fall down again if I hit a bump, unless I wanted to spend $700–$1,000 on a new motor. I was honestly shocked, so I left. I ended up going to Big O Tire instead, and they fixed my window in

I took my car to Big O for an oil change. The last person to touch my car was myself so no one has done an oil chance on my vehicle. I take care of my vehicles very well. This time around I did not want to get under it for the oil change since it is low. I took it to Big O and after the oil chance the manager I’m assuming says my oil filler cap is broken.. that’s strange because it wasn’t before broken before I brought the car in.. so he goes to tell me that Autozone sells them ext ext pretty much saying they didn’t break it which I know they did.. anyways very disappointed and now it’s almost impossible to take the piece out.
